Do not book at President Hotel in Capetown!

I would strongly urge anyone to stay far away from this hotel. My experience was absolutely awful, and I regret booking here. The staff are incredibly arrogant and dismissive—completely lacking basic respect for their guests. A woman named Lucy had the audacity to question why I didn’t book a sea-facing room, only to then assign me a cramped, outdated room with old, worn furniture. It felt insulting and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they are refusing to give us a refund, and the manager’s attitude is shockingly rude and unhelpful. This place clearly does not care about its customers. Do yourself a favor—never, ever book this hotel.
