Worst place to live in , around midrand

Worst place to live at , you would think just because u pay 15k u will have some piece of mind... the people here are so loud, Ud swear it’s a hostel. There is no order. The security guards r non existent. Keep ur money n stay away from this place.... lights r an issue , the refuse bins r forever full, like there is nothing nice about this place , than free fibre that’s it.
