Luxury ****! Unsafe! and terrible conditions!
Worst place to stay at! I got hijacked by the gate in front the securities and Estate Manager, Wayne Enoch, told me there's nothing they can do. This place always has not water! **** in terms of billing! We just paying alot of money for no reason!!!

poor maintenance servoce
they provide a very poor service to their tenants. in winter the boilers do not work and we end up bathing in cold water, the worst part we have an infant and we exposing her to flue. we logged tickets over 3 times for them to come fix the problem, however they do not fix them. i would not recommend anyone to come stay here as the rent is expensive but you are treated as second class citizens. we pay a monthly rental of over R16000 and yet in winter there is no hot water at all, we have to bath in cold water. for those considering to come please do it at your own risk cause you wont get value for your money
