The Precinct unsafe, late deposit refunds and sundry charges

Appalling service and bad manners from rental staff, noisy units and a complex which feels like student accommodation but is being billed as luxury. Crime incidents which by the sounds of the mailers we received are being committed internally by residents. I am still struggling to get my deposit refunded almost one month after exiting. Avoid avoid avoid ! I terminated the least agreement nine months early. Also expect to foot bills for “plumbing fees” and to pay exorbitant electricity charges over and above your rental. People constantly parking in your bay. Units with ***** tenants. Loud parties. Certainly not a luxury complex for working professionals. Save your money and rent student accommodation rather !!!!
