The complex is actually a building site and not a safe home. Recently a **** occurred here, however, tenants were not notified of this incident. Therefore there is even less importance placed on the safety of women and general safety to tenants. It is all about money to properly developers. There are power outages in addition to Eskom load shedding. So weekends, catching up to Netflix is a waste. You will have to leave home on the weekend . Also there is a restaurant on site, which is nice. But once again, huge safety risks because a visitor to the restaurant is not confined to the restaurant, but has access essentially to the entire complex. When you seek recourse, expect Shannon, to give nothing, as he is defensive and not solution driven. I can go on with grievances at the Precinct, rather speak to current tenants for a real opinion.
