The Precinct Luxury apartment or should I say Tembisa Students Luxury Apartment

-1 Star, the saddest part is that before moving in I was here to read the comments, i went to view i fell in love because it was beautiful, little did i know i would be paying W&L is never there, even when Eskom is not load-shedding or water shedding. Let me not begin with the ****roaches, disgusting i go through 2 bottles of Doom's per week and get Pest control 2 in less than 9 months. Now there are rodents, disgusting i tell you. No Wi-Fi 75% of the time, the restaurant and office block supposedly to make work from home easier has not been operating for maybe 2 months if not more, you will lose your job if you work from home, either no power or Wi-Fi, have back up Electricity and Wi-fi for your own peace. You will be locked out even if you have paid, that was my last straw, so I asked if you made a mistake with me are you saying you thought I missed payment by 2 weeks and it was enough to lock me out, imagine if I had really missed payment, eviction after 14 days, iyoo... i have recordings of all i am referring to if you need receipts i will share. I dont hink it is fair for anyone to pay so much for so little, they should rename it to Tembisa Student Village...
