The noisy Precint

I have been staying here for a few months now. I certainly would not recommend for a professional. Students maybe. As I write this review, it is 23-54 and music is blazing from the block not far away from me. Security is inconsistent. It's a high class location or township this one 🤦♀️. Terrible.
