Terrible noise levels at the Precinct.

The noise levels at this place are horrible. Certain tenants host parties, get drunk, disturb neighbors and are a total nuisance but nothing ever happens when they are reported to security and management. There is a club house and various entertainment areas within the estate for tenants to make use of for entertainment purposes but they choose to cause disruption and make a noise for neighbors. I have reported the same individual numerous times but security and management does absolutely nothing about this. Weekends are the worst because it literally sounds like I live next to a night club because my neighbor constantly hosts parties with extremely loud music and shouting guests. Weekdays in the evenings are noisy as well so there really isn’t any peace! It’s absolutely terrible because complaining to security or management does not make any difference! Security chats and laughs with the noisemakers when they are called and management says it’s a security issue therefore they cannot intervene. It’s a total nightmare!
