Luxury my ass, stay away for your mental health

I seriously cannot stress enough what a serious dump this so-called luxury apartments are... The operations staff are not the problem, it is their *********** and greedy management that are an issue.

For 15k a month, you would think this is half decent place, it is absolutely atrocious, along with the stress of loadshedding, there are constant unscheduled power outages that last for hours even the whole day, you can imagine what this means for work productivity and general living conditions. If it's not power outages it is issues with water, constant burst water pipes because they are greedily building more ****ty apartments on site that they can hardly supply electricity or water.

Noise is a major issue!! And you're wasting your time with complaining about it.

This place does not deserve to be called luxury it is mismanaged, there are way to many apartments, and there are building more, it is a constant struggle living here. It really is a glamourized version of a township, stay away. I'm on my way out!

I can tell you there are many ****ed off people they just are not here bashing these so called luxury apartments. It was completely by chance that I jumped on Hello Peter and found other reviews.

This review was written while sitting in the dark during an unscheduled power outage while waiting to hit the scheduled loadshedding in the next 2 hours. What a ******* place and even worse management!!
