Incorrect Debit + Personal Bank Acc. in Negative Balance

On the very first month I'm being INCORRECTLY over debited.

Story: I app**** for a 3bd apartment at Indawo @The Precinct (new development) and I paid the partial deposit of R2000 on the 04 August to secure the place but could not view as the show units were not yet ready.

I came to view, didn't like the place as it gave me the creeps of having another "The Parks Lifestyle Apartments" vibe about it, which no one should want for peace's sake. It was more affordable than The Precinct.

Nonetheless, I opted for The Precinct Apartment and paid everything, they said the R2000 deposit from Indawo would be transferred to The Precinct but nope, not done.

In fact they added that to the rental invoice making me owe R2000 more, instead of 14810.10 it was R16810.10 and my bank balance had the exact rental amount left on it as I'm very careful around month end watching every penny leaving my account.

My bank balance is now - R1991.10 in arrears plus R170 bank honoring fee that I must account for. I do not have R2000 sitting around for the accounts department to decide when they should do their work properly. the deposit was paid on 04 August, I move 01 September, it is now 03 October and it's been like climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
