The Poolice Repair company’s shocking service

I wrote a review two weeks ago. Brendon the owner wrote a completely false reply. He brought in an inferior, older pump which leaks ridiculously after taking my pump to replace the bearings. I would not even have noticed that it wasn’t my pump had it not been for my guy who comes in weekly to backwash and clean the pool. It’s been a month and he still hasn’t bothered to bring my pump back. Now he’s saying I haven’t even paid him. I said what on earth should I have paid you for? Absolutely shocking service. So sad that I trusted him completely.
