The POOLICE POOL REPAIR COMPANY- missing with my pump for over a month

Brendon the owner of The Poolice Pool Repair Company responded to my call with a n extremely loud pump noise. He said to switch it off immediately. He said the bearings were shot and he would take the pump in and return it the next day. He didn’t answer his phone for a week. He then phoned and firstly said the phone had fallen, then he said he forgot it on the ambulance and that a ***orker had died. He brought in a substandard older pump and left with it leaking. It’s a month and a half and I still do not have my pump back. Complaining to Hello Peter has not helped at all. I am going to report the pump as ******.
