Shocking service The Poolice Pool Tepair Company
Just over two weeks ago my pump made the most dreadful noise, my neighbor recommended The Poolice Pool Repair Company. I was delighted with the young man Brendon ***ner)who arrived within a few hours and told me it was the pump’s bearings and took the pump with the promise to have it back either later the same day or the next day before 13:00 as I was going away. A week passed and I never heard from him. Tried phoning couldn’t get through once. He eventually reinstalled a pump that is leaking and told he would be back in a bit to fix it I still can’t use the pump. How hard can it be to keep your word ? Just staying in contact would help. Shame on you The Poolice pool repair company

- First off when you phoned me for the first time I cancelled my other appointments and came straight to you.
- TO SAVE YOU MONEY I told you that I was going to take your pump into get Assessed by the factory (I ONLY LEFT YOUR HOUSE AFTER 3PM - They close at 5pm)
- I dropped the pump off at 10am the next day Unfortunately they don't just drop everything that they are doing and fix the pump while I wait. There were other customers before me that pumps would have to be fixed first before yours.
- You also told me that you were going down to KNYSNA with your grandkids so there was no urgency
- The factory only looked at your pump on Wednesday Afternoon (I still offered to put in another pump while we waited for yours to be fixed)
- In the mean time I cleaned your pool and added chemicals FOR FREE to make sure it didn't go green (YOU told me that you have never seen your pool that clean since you bought the house)
- I installed the pump and tested it in front of you (YOU still told me that you couldn't believe how quiet it was) - IT WAS NOT LEAKING
- I told you that I was putting the pump off so the glue could dry and I closed the valve in front of the pump to stop the water
- YOU Contacted me the next day to tell me that the pump was running but the kreepy wasn't working (I Told You That , The Handle In Front Of The Pipe Must Be Opened To Let The Water Flow, And I Offered To Come Through That Evening After I Dropped My Staff Off) I said that I would also drop off the chemicals that You ordered. You didn't mention anything about a leak
- So I drove 43km to your house to turn the handle in front of the pump.... Once the pump started running I saw the leak from your old PVC Pipe. I did not have any fittings with me and there was no hardware open at that time of night so I said that I would return the next day to fix your pipe. while I was there I cleaned the pool AGAIN and added chemicals AGAIN.
- The next day I drove 56km to your house but couldn't get hold of you. Sent messages and tried to call you. I only got a response yesterday saying "Sorry I Went Out". You didn't try and reschedule or anything but today you write a complaint.
You Have Not Paid Me Anything!, Not Even 10cents!
I Paid for YOUR Pump to get Refurbished!
I Paid for YOUR Fittings!
I Paid for YOUR Pool Chemicals!
I Cleaned YOUR Pool Twice!
I Paid For The Petrol to get to YOU And My Time! (I Came to Your House 5 times!)
If You could not afford to pay me what you owe me, You could have spoken to me and we could of made arrangements but if you think that posting a bad review is going to make me NOT Charge you anything, You are sadly mistaken!
I HAVE WORKED WAY TO HARD TO BUILD UP A GOOD NAME IN THE INDUSTRY TO LET ONE **** COMPLAINT STOP ME!
I am still willing to come through and sort out your pipe but i will need Full payment before i leave. We Do Have A Card Machine Available (For this exact reason) If you can't just give me a time and i will be there.

Mam, I think you have a bit of your facts wrong.

If you are trying to build a reputable company keep your word, take clients phone calls, arrange to meet them don’t just pitch after they have spent a week waiting for you, don’t block their WhatsApp messages. You knew I was leaving for Knysna and you promised to bring the pump before 13:00. I was back on Sunday and I never heard a word from you until Thursday. It was two weeks on Wednesday that my pump hasn’t run. Yes the pool was clear after the chemicals were added but the PUMP IS STILL NOT RUNNING. Defending yourself publicly doesn’t help the client you disappointed.

If you are trying to build a reputable company keep your word, take clients phone calls, arrange to meet them don’t just pitch after they have spent a week waiting for you, don’t block their WhatsApp messages. YOU STILL HAVEN'T ! I'm trying to Resolve this matter and I'm giving you the Solution but you are NOT wanting to solve this matter. This is evident by you Getting Your Son to go and comment all over my Facebook Account and to message my clients to run my name down to them. (That just confirmed what i said in my last reply)
I never made this public (YOU DID) but I do have a right to defend myself and my company.
I'm Again Giving You A SOLUTION, Let me know when we can come through and fix whatever you want. You can settle your invoice and we can both move on with our lives.
PS: I have one request from you, Please Stop the Personal attacks and Getting Your Family and Friends to run myself and My Company Down. It is very distasteful and unnecessary!
