Wrong product delivery

<p>Dear "The pool team" manager, I recently ordered a solar pool blanket with roll up stand and a heat pump plus many other items from your store. On delivery everything was perfect except the roll up stand for the solar blanket was only a leg. I called the sales person Sean whom currently moved to your stone ridge brunch. He promised he would address it with you. This was last week Friday. I have called him on Saturday and informed me that he was still waiting on your response. Until now i have received no calls from him. I would iether like a refund on the leg you gave me or i would prefer the roll up station I ordered initially.</p>
