Brilliant and awesome service
The Pool Team at Xaviour Winchester Hills is always assisting with friendliness and professionalism. Even though they might not have a product, the team will give advice and has product knowledge even if they don't sell it. I am always happy with the service and the entire team. I trust them when it comes to my pool struggles.

Friendly and Professional service.
What an amazing service over and above the friendliness their knowledge is fantastic. I went in devastated, a kids swim party coming up in a few days and our pool had turned green. After calming me down 🙈🤣 and testing. The advise given and implemented a few hour later a blue pool. 🥰 Thanks to the "Spaniard"! 😉🥰

Terrible after-sales service
Terrible after-sales service. Pool Team sold me a faulty pool cleaner and now simply ignores my emails and WhatsApps when I try to get it resolved. Very quick to take your money, but nowhere to be found when there is a problem. Extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them.

How to be ripped off
I booked a callout and was told i had to pay R650 up front. The callout never happened, so I visited their shop in Victory Park to find out what had happened - wrong info recorded. I told the person in the shop exactly what was wrong with my filter and what needed fixing. So on Wednesday, a team arrived, looked at it, and told me they don't fix filters!!!!!!!! *** I knew it was the filter - I showed the person in the shop exactly what was wrong on one of their filters and they charged me R650 for the pleasure and said that there is no refund. I then telephonically contacted their head office and was told the area manager is not available and will call back. Still Waiting - COMPLETE ******* ARTISTS

Failed chlorinator and service
Centurion lifestyle branch: Installed a chlorinator for us over a year ago and kept promising they would give us a refund if it didn’t work, despite constant requests for help and a refund. Two guys from the team came out to our house TWICE to test the pool and found that the chlorinator clearly wasn’t working and they still won’t refund us for this faulty product. 0/10 do not recommend.
