Wasted Callout Fee

Southdowns Branch : On 28/11/24 I had the troubleshooting guys at my premises..Phillip and his assistant came out after I had to pay Callout fee of R575! He was here for 10 minutes, did not talk much just mumbled something about my suction line that have to be replaced.(maybe because I'm a female )after a quote for R7950 which I had to pay in full before work can resume. I got another pool guy which laughed at the idea of suction line replacement...everything on the PoolTeam quote is to protect them from breakage of your property , from lost property, no specification of work....and full payment before the Wrong Diagnosis can start. At the end it was my pool pump NOT the suction line ! really daylight *******, arrogance and stupidness ! please be aware of these guys make sure you get a 2nd opinion ! The Pool Team is quick to quote money and protection on their side, but they send inexperienced workmen !
