Unacceptable Service from The Pool Team

I truly do not enjoy doing this and you will see its the first time that I have ever had to write a poor review for a business.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your pool team since October. The level of unprofessionalism and incompetence I have encountered has been truly disheartening, and I believe it is crucial for you to be aware of the extent of the issues I have faced. From the onset of our engagement, there have been numerous instances of poor service that have severely impacted my experience as a customer. Firstly, when I initially requested a quote for the repair of our pool system, the team sent through a quote without coming to look at the job. When they finally did arrive, it was discovered that they had quoted on the incorrect system, necessitating a second visit.

The second visit was not without its own set of problems. The installer arrived unprepared, lacking the necessary supplies for the job. This led to a delayed completion, disrupting my schedule and causing unnecessary inconvenience. Most distressing, however, is the current situation with the installation. I have recently discovered a significant leak at the site where the new pump was installed. Disturbed by this issue, I promptly contacted your company to request the assistance of a technician. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from satisfactory.

Instead of acknowledging and taking responsibility for the faulty installation, your pool team has chosen to distance themselves from the problem and, shockingly, shift the blame onto me. I was informed that in order to rectify the issue, I must place an order for an entirely new system. This approach is not only unacceptable but also reflects a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer satisfaction.

I must emphasize that this experience has been both frustrating and time-consuming. As a paying customer, I expect a level of professionalism, competence, and accountability that, unfortunately, has been sorely lacking in my interactions with your pool team.

I have had no other option but to call out another company to see if they would perhaps supply better service and customer support to paying customers.
