The Pool Team is not a Team at all

The Pool Team's attempt at offering easy online services via WhatsApp outreach to customers is a nightmare. Each WhatsApp message essentially comes from a separate company and follow-up assistance with a problem is pretty much non-existent as there is no "The Pool Team" company continuity. I now will delete all of their WhatsApp messages and accept that if something needs to be done, I either need to go into the local branch and explain and pay there, or I need to look for a new service supplier.
