Charles went above and beyond what I expected, not only was his advice in treating a very difficult problem spot on and solved the issue, he displayed a genuine interest and concern in an issue that I as a registered contractor with the pool team was facing. . A problem that others at that same store was not able to assist me with and actually caused a greater problem by following their advice.
