Terrible after-sales service

Terrible after-sales service. Pool Team sold me a faulty pool cleaner and now simply ignores my emails and WhatsApps when I try to get it resolved.

Very quick to take your money, but nowhere to be found when there is a problem. Extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them.
