STAY AWAY FROM POOL TEAM, RATHER MAKE ENQUIRIES AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

A replacement swivel for 2nd Gen kreepy krauly; -Pool team on-line costs R119.95, -in a nearby store (<1km away from my home) costs R234.95!!!!!!

There's no logic to this pricing, buying from the store saves them courier charges but no they price this item at DOUBLE the online price. If I order (or they ship) the incorrect part (as there is more than 1 generation kreepy krauly) after a week, I will have to return it for (hopefully) the correct part. Huge inconvenience and hassle to customers and a huge RIP-OFF!!!! There must be a bean-counter in charge of this company, alternately some with their head stuck up their ass, for them to follow this policy.

That'll be the last time I ever visit this store again. I see from the numerous complaints here on HP that others are also unhappy with this pathetic store.
