Shocking ******** treatment and Service from The Pool Team

Absolutely disgusting service and ******** treatment by the staff and manager. I bought a pump in good faith from The Pool Team at Rynfield in Benoni. I had a pool installation guy fit the pump. The pump ran for two hours and then stopped working. I took the pump back and they refused to change it or give me my money back. I have got advice from my attorney who says that I am quite in my right to demand my money back, but that does not help my pool. They have offered no solution, and now say that the pump broke because of the installation. My previous pump lasted 10 years, and so there was nothing wrong with the installation in the last 10 years, so it is very strange that the installation is now wrong. I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Gideon Norton, who refuses to even send out a technician from "Quality Pumps" to check the installation. I would strongly advise that you never support The Pool Team or purchase any "Quality Pumps" for your pools. I would have liked to give minus stars but 1 star was the lowest you can give.
