Poor recommendation

I went into the Pool Team for advice on getting water tested for my swimming pool. They recommended me to go to Sam's Irrigation in Bergvliet. It was a very bad recommendation.

Sam's Irrigation gave bad advice which cost me money and did not work. Moreover, it is a fairly long way from Kirstenhof, and the advice was verbal with no scientific evidence to support it.

Today I went to Builder's Warehouse, very close to the Pool Team, and they used a computer to give accurate results on the state of my water. I hope Pool Team will give a better recommendation in future when asked such a question.
