Pool team What a shame Eric !

I am not a guy to complain but this is going to be just 1 of my 5 ways to make sure people know what a bunch of money grabbers you actually dealing with. Now dont get me wrong the service I have received from North side pool services has been exceptional but unfortunately not having the backing of customer support is such a shame. I had purchased a heat pump from north side pool Services who was supp**** by the pool team and since day 1 iv had a strange feeling that the unit was faulty, north side pool services has been up and down working like legends around the clock to try resolve the issue , and 2 weeks after buying this unit a technician eventually showed up here and said there is no issue with the unit now bear in mind I had paid almost R15000 for this junk and then had to pay R1200 odd rand to book someone to come inspect there piece of **** that never worked how that works is beyond me but obviously this company is trying to run a get rich quick scheme here because apparently one cannot return or exchange the unit once its purchased little do they know about consumer protection rights but as I said it's one of 5 ways this is just the start. I personally will never recommend the pool team, Eric, or there none existant customer support team to anyone. I have some advise for you clowns stop been such money grabbers , respect your buyers and clients because you are not the only suppliers in Johannesburg even if you think you are still cheaper there is a huge difference between quality and quantity and I would much rather spend an extra 100 or even thousand extra rands and receive great service all the time and not just when its filling your pockets. People like you disgust me and believe you me I will he taking this matter to every platform available as well as to my lawyers see you in court.
