Pool blanket sold with installation

On 18/06/2015 my husband paid R5700 for a solar blanket and roll up station to be installed at our home. A week later there was no stock of that plastic. Waited 2 days for quote for thicker product. Received additional price email on Saturday and paid Monday - R1120 extra. Today installation guys arrive without a drill?? Seriously? Advise Karen that she can give us credit and my husband will install. No she says as it was DIY, never installation included. She was waiting for us she says, WHEN. It was urgent, she says - YES TWO WEEKS AGO. She is doing us a favour she says. Someone else is doing her a favour she says. I cannot speak to the owner. Come on The Pool Team - this service is shocking. I have checked and for that price the other installers include installation. YOU ARE NOT DOING A CLIENT A FAVOUR!!!! They have spent a lot of money on the product. GIVE A LITTLE BIT OF SERVICE AND IMPROVE THE ATTITUDE!!!
