NEVER AGAIN!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END

Let me start by mentioning which branch! Milnerton!!! Let me also mention the sales persons name as I have only had a terrible experience because of him and bevause of him I will NEVER return - STORM!!! Less than interested in making it a pleasant shopping experience. He undercharged me by R550 and an hour later called to inform me but could not for the life of him explain why this happened. Having so little knowledge. I asked for a refund and waited over a week to get it back after endless calls back and forth. The sales guy couldn't give less of a concern that he messed up. He wouldn't even give me the number for someone higher than him. I will NEVER support them again atleast not their milnerton branch. Use any other. Would be nice to maybe receive a call from the manager 🤔 but I guess that's not happening either. Don't waste your time folks. It's not worth it.
