Last time I use this shop to purchase anything

I rushed get to The Pool Team shop, Sunninghill today but arrived there at about 27minutes past 5 to find the manager already cashing up.I was told it was too late to purchase anything as they had already cashed up.When I said that it was only 27 minutes past, the manager looked up and said \well my machine (credit card) says it is 5.31". I tried to coerce him by informing him that I had travelled a distance to get there and mentioned that I wanted to purchase the Gemini pool cleaner and a pool skimmer.He just shook his head and said it was impossible.I exclaimed that there must be something that could be done but the manager just shook his head.One of the assistants was waiting inside the entrance door watching the manager's response to the situation and each of my questions (not a very good example of customer service to learn from!).The manager said that if I cash he maybe would be able to assist me as he had not finished with the cash yet.I was flabbergasted and stood there looking at the manager to see if he would come up with a plan.
