I booked a filter sand change, payment was required up-front. Payment made on 04.12.2024 Technicians came out on 06.12.2024 and called me to say he does not know what to do... Technician left my premises. After various phone calls I demanded my money back.. their Head Office advised that refunds are done on Tuesdays once you completed a "request for refund in store" On Monday 09.12.2024 I went to their Albemarle store and completed the request. I followed up regarding my refund and today 12.12.2024 it was relayed to me that Head Office will refund in 7 days - I can expect my money back on the 18th of December This is absolute shocking business conduct, I am sitting with a green pool, high blood pressure and no money :( Extremely upset with this whole scenario
