Excellent Service

The Pool Team in Randpark Ridge replaced a Sand Filter 2 years ago (made by Quality). The Sand filter pipe broke and it was two months out of warranty with the company, Quality. The manager, Mike, together with Quality, made a plan to come and replace the Sand Filter free of charge.<br> <br> Thank you for going that extra mile that most companies wouldn't. There was no obligation to replace a filter that was out of warranty and still, it was done.
