Bye Bye The Pool Team for ever

I bought a pool motor, when I got home I was told I didn't need it anymore, The Pool team will not take it back, as on the slip it says no returns on electrical goods, this motor didn't even sniff the pool, if it had been connected and then removed I can understand this logic, but then what about if its not working? I do not get the logic, when I sent them an e-mail they don't even acknowledge me, Please be careful when buying electrical goods from companies.
