Bought pool equipment online and in store - all good.

Most good deals (on pool equipment) are available online only. I was initially very worried, reading the many negative reviews (mostly concerning pool *services* though).

Regardless, I placed my order. Initially for a pool filter. As I needed it urgently, I opted for collection from my neighborhood Pool Team shop nearby., which in my case is the "Midrand Store" in Blue Hills Shopping Centre.

I must say, everything went without a glitch, and 100% correct. I was able to collect the ordered product the same morning of placing my order (paid by credit card). Communication with headoffice via Whatsapp chat was swift and functional. Same can be said about telephonic enquiries with the shop.

The staff at the Midrand store were very friendly and helpful. I got good and correct advise on fitment of the filter, and accessories or fittings needed to complete the job.

A week later I bought a pool pump from the Pool Team, the same way: Place order online, collect the same day. Of course I first checked with my local Pool Team shop that they indeed had stock in-store.

Home delivery is also possible, but I didn't try this.
