Bad Service

<p>I bought 2.5M 5 solar heating panels for my pool at the Garsfotein branch of The Pool Team on 27 June 2016, invoice PRT1INV34577 and paid R4 950. I was helped by a person named Sarel. My pool is 50 000 litres and when I bought the panels Sarel adviced me to instead take the 2M panels because he said the panels are of good quality and they will heat my pool. He told me that since he gave me a discounted price on the 2.5M initial purchase there is no need for a cash refund. I agreed and used their accredited installer called Charles. Since it was June I never tested the water heat. In September I started testing the water heat and realised that the panels are not heating my water. I went back to Sarel at The Pool Team and told him the panels are not heating my water and I require an exchange for larger panels which perhaps will heat my pool water. Sarel refused and told me why I come 3 months after and he does not exchange goods which are 3 months old. I then contacted The Pool Team Head Office telephone number ********** and spoke to Eric and explained my complain. After 3 weeks and calling Eric every second day then he told me on Monday that he cannot exchange the panels and provided me with the same reasons as Sarel did. I am not happy with their explanation especially considering that the panels I just recently bought and paid full amount for 2.5M panels, was adviced by their store person to take 2M panels and it was winter and could not test the panels effectively.</p>
