BAD BAD BAD BAD

We as a business are very disappointed in The Pool Team. We requested a quote for a pool cleaner for a size of 28m x 14m. We received the quote as requested, paid and collected. Afterwards we queried that the cable are too short for the size of the pool which they then admitted they supp**** us with the wrong product for the job. Now they want us to return cleaner and pay an additional R 25 000.00 after we already paid R 24 999.95 as quoted by people who are proffesionals??
