shocking service..

I can not say i have had a positive experience, i have ordered, what i would imagine to be a rather small order pine decking and structural wood for around 8m2. I dealt with a man called Graham at there noordhoek branch whom seemed to know what he was talking about at first appearance.

when i originally went in on the first of 6th of November i met with him and he agreed to put a list together and a sketch for me as to what i would need for the project. which would be done by thursday, when i came in on thursday i was told he had been un able to do it as he had a party the night before and drunk to much. Friday he called me to say it was done and i should come in to see him, on arrival he i had to wait 20 minutes to see him.

i then went in and purchased my wood on monday the 19th, after Graham insisted i come in and discuss the final requirements as emailing is not as good? Be that is it may i went in and confirmed the structure that he had drawn. he i paid and left and they agreed to deliver the next day. Next day was delivered as arranged, only to find he had now billed and set the wrong decking and not snuff *****s. I returned the wood immediately, and went straight in to correct the issue as i had carpenters coming in the following morning to build the structure. of which i made him aware. i was told they would get the wood to me in the morning of the 21st, then i was called and told there was no way and would get it to me in the late afternoon. it is now a day later, 12 noon and still no sign.
