My Experience with a R10 000 Lollipop Hoop Order

I paid R10 000 on 29 July for a custom lollipop hoop and stage base, with a promised delivery time of 20–30 working days. Over the next few months, I received continuous delays, shifting timelines, and no completed product was ever provided.

Communication at times became rude, and I was told that if I posted a bad review, it would result in my order being delayed even further. I requested a refund, which was acknowledged, but I still have not received it.
