The Plumbers terrible service.

Whatever you do, do not use them. They came to fix a leak at my place and 2 weeks later, the leak was back and worse adding about R600 to my water bill. I have been trying to get them to come and fix the leak for the past 2 weeks with no assistance. The first day I reported the problem I was told a plumber is coming, by 11h30 nobody had arrived, after calling them I was told the plumber will arrive at 13h00,i waited till 16h00 with no communication from them until 16h17 when the plumber calls to say he is on his way but by that time I had had to leave home after having waited the whole day. Again they said they will send someone the following morning and again nobody came and I had to enquire again and was told the plumber had tried to get a hold of me the whole day which was a lie. Ultimately I'm going to have to get another plumber to fix the problem to avoid my water bill rising.
