Poor customer service

Poor communication. They sent a plumber and he left and never came back. Followed up and sent a different one after 3 hours on an emergency. When we tried to resolve and get answers from the Manager to resolve the issue, he just came and broke our estate gate. Called me names and insulted me. Footages and videos and chats available.
