The perfume co Africa failed me after I had paid them.

I joined to resell perfumes from this company. Then I ordered and paid for my order on time. Before all this I convinced a customer to to order a perfume from me and to pay me in advance as she was wanting to buy the perfume as a gift for her husband and as we speak the perfume has not arrived and the birthday is tomorrow. I tried communicating with the perfume co Africa about this issue but they ignored me . As we speak I have a angry lady telling me I'm unreliable as I failed to deliver her perfume as promised because the perfume co Africa failed me.
