Disappointed by Customer Service from The Moisture Factory

I'm happy with the outcome of the hair but not the customer service.

The employees could do with some customer service training, some of the stylists are rude and just blab nonsense in front of customers, they go as far as gossiping about clients while they're still at the establishment.
