Incorrect pricing information
Got my treatment done a month ago which I was happy with. The only issue I had was when I went to pay, the lady at reception made me pay more than what I had booked on the Booksy app. The service I booked for was R500, but suddenly I had to pay R550, the lady made a stupid excuse saying the price I saw on Booksy was an old special, as if it’s my fault the price was incorrectly captured.

Disappointed by Customer Service from The Moisture Factory
I'm happy with the outcome of the hair but not the customer service. The employees could do with some customer service training, some of the stylists are rude and just blab nonsense in front of customers, they go as far as gossiping about clients while they're still at the establishment.
