No response re:quality control

<p>I sent an e-mail to this company on 24 October regarding boxes of matches with no or little heads.</p> <p>In some boxes 4-5 are unusable and the reason for my e-mail up to 15 in 4 boxes.</p> <p>I attached a photo of a box with 18 unusable and a sample of a decent match.</p> <p>No response, it's not the cost that irks me it's the inconvience.</p> <p>My response was to purchase a different brand an Lion has lost a customer.</p> <p> </p>
