HR department dragging their feet

I was employed at Lion Match Products in Rosslyn, Pretoria.

I resigned and worked my last day on the 26th October 2017.

The HR department should have sent my employment termination to Old Mutual for them to pay out my provident fund to me.

I phone numerous times and wasted about R700 of airtime trying to talk to someone from HR to send my papers through to Old Mutual.

No response up to now. And the amount due to me is R45 000 which I need to pay my studies and repair my car.
