Cherubs will not hold a promise

I tried a pack of wipes only coz it said that there is a competition, I found that the competition ended in February and the gentle wipes are actually skin removing wipes. I called to complain the assistant said return the pack for a hamper and vouchers and when I did I noticed no replacement for my return so I followed up because did not receive the offer for my returned items. The assistant said that I would have to communicate with their legal team only thereafter. The guy Tim from their legal team called and behaved concerned to hear my problem and we agreed I will send an email but he never rep**** after sending an email to detail my experience. I have used cherubs for many years (all products used to be good) but now you find big holes in the wipes and it bruises skin basically wiped my child’s skin of after few uses, husband also had bruises after using it, and when I complained they obviously give a ****.
