cherubs useless

Hi I have tried a numerous to contact them plus the call centre is useless. I have bought so much of wet wipes for my sisters baby at the baby expo but now that she is using it she said it does not smelp right. I even smelt it my god you can say it smells like something went off. I would like to know where o can return the wet wipes I bought because its over 10 packs of wet wipes and how can I get refunded for it. I have sent an email plus did the complain form online but no response from them. Can someone please contact me asap regarding this. Kind regards
