Cherubs flushable wipes block drains and Cherubs fail to give feedback

We used Cherubs wipes for "toilet training" advertised to be "Eco-friendly and Flushable". These wipes blocked our drains twice. Only the second time we realised it was the Cherubs wipes causing the blockages. I have all the proof. I contacted Cherubs directly with my complaint and they collected a sample of the wipes which was removed from our sewerage system. For the last 4 months my case has been with their legal department and all they say is they are working on it. I have had absolutely no feedback on my "very sensitive case".
