Terrible Experience

I have been living here for over 3 years, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of terrible. The service and communication from management have drastically declined. The security guards are extremely unprofessional and seem completely unaware of the lease rules, often making up their own rules and fabricating absurd reports against tenants.

The management does little to protect tenants, failing to address these issues properly. The apartments are also infested with roaches, which is unacceptable and disgusting.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially young professionals. The security and surveillance around the premises are severely lacking, leading to instances of missing items from apartments without any support or resolution from the building managers.

The escalators are unreliable, and there have been instances where tenants, including myself, have been stuck in the lift for hours with no communication from the guards. The overall experience has been very disappointing, and I urge potential tenants to look elsewhere for a place to live.
