pros and cons

I have stayed here since April 2019. Their entire processes is digital, making things really efficient. They are responsive to issues, and have an amazing service. They great with communication (email dedicated to repairs, whatsapp group to communicate issues and on-site landlord. The apartments are modern, trendy and beautiful. Security and safety is thier priority. The Gau bus is 2 min walk. I love the free unlimited firbe. The gym is free and is in the building(3 of the equipment is broken) and the rooftop has a gorgeous views and area to chill. They have a shop on site that sells everyday basics.

The cons are, it is extremely noisy. In the morning there is construction noise from 8 (this temporary) and the is noise from the reception area, hallways, access point and neighbors (drunk people shouting on the weekdends). My apartment sometimes smells of nicotine due to my neighbor smoking in thier apartment and The Leo is a non smoking building. I have reported this.

If they can work on the nosie and institute thier own rules, including stoping tenants from placing thier ******* by the stairs instead of in the bins and smoking, I would give them 5/5.
