Horrible Service

The service I've received from The Leo Apartments has been horribly pathetic. I made a part payment of the deposit on 22 July. Their rental breakdown had many errors even the rental amount was incorrect. I asked Londekile to correct this several times but she didn't especially given that she had admitted there are errors on the breakdown. My instinct told me to look elsewhere,as I had not signed their lease yet. I asked them to refund me my money. To this day I have not received it, they are telling me stories and changing refund dates whenever I enquire. I'm very upset about this. I would not recommend anyone to stay at these apartments, they only care about money.
