Horrible living experience

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment. The biggest issue is the electricity supply, which seems to be a problem every month. We regularly experience electricity outages that can last around 7 days or more, which is completely unacceptable for a residential property.

These ongoing outages make it extremely difficult to live normally, especially when it affects cooking, charging devices, working, studying, and basic day-to-day activities. What is even more frustrating is the frequency and duration of the outages, as this is not an occasional once-off problem.

For the amount residents pay in rent, we should be able to expect reliable basic services and proper communication when problems occur. Management needs to take this issue seriously and find a permanent solution rather than allowing residents to repeatedly deal with the same problem every month. They always give city power updates, not doing anything on their own to support residents.
