Disappointed by the service we got

We received Bad service from Londile from the1st day we went to view the place. Few days later we put in our application and girl called us to ask us irrelevant questions of which those questions were on the application form and we had answered them.

She doesn't have customer service skills and I feel like she didn't know what she was doing and also she wanted us to beg her to do her job.

We really liked the place and I wish there was someone else who was more willing to assist us.
